What does it mean to be renewed? It means healing for the whole state and whole self - body mind and spirit. Participate by reconnecting and then clearing patterns of the past.
Your cells are in a state of perfection by nature, 50 trillion cells can't be wrong.
And still, we deceive ourselves with the thought that we can't achieve inner peace and joy.
What does living the good life mean to you personally?
It may mean less moments of envy and more moments of equanimity. More moments of stillness and satiated serenity and feeling satisfied in every breath, every boundary and every illumination of beauty. It may mean more forgiveness and grace. It will absolutely mean more space.
And that is what I experience this week, letting in by letting go, and creating much more space to heal.
The Power of Renewal: Embracing My Truth Across Eras
There is a moment in every journey when one stands at the threshold of change—where the past meets the future, and the truth long since carried is ready to be spoken anew. This is the arc of renewal, the unfolding of our stories in ways that honor both where we have been and where we are going. It often starts with a heartfelt question.
In reflecting on how change moves us through eras, we see that truth-telling is not a singular act; it is an evolving process. The courage to speak our truth is often shaped by the times we live in, the voices that surround us, and the lessons we have gathered along the way. To renew ourselves in this process is to recognize that our truth may deepen, expand, and transform, just as we do. Just as I do.
My renewal has never just been about change—it has been about alignment. It is about shedding the armored weight of outdated narratives and stepping into the fullness of who we are becoming. This means embracing vulnerability and masculinity, allowing one’s voice to rise in resonance with our present reality, and convey an understanding that telling our truth is not a destination but a practice. As Don Miguel Ruiz teaches us in The Four Agreements.
Across eras, and decades, some of us get the gift of witnessing this unfolding. Societies evolve, perspectives shift, and individuals reclaim their voices in ways that inspire others to do the same. The arc of change will always bend toward authenticity, and with each renewed telling, as I discovered, we invite connection, understanding, and a future built on the foundation of what is real. Our hearts are real. Our breath is real. Our tears are real.
When you get that invitation, accept it. And allow yourself to speak with greater clarity, to release what no longer serves, and embrace a perspective that honors both past wisdom and present growth. Wherever you are on your journey, know this: renewal is not about rewriting your story—it is about revealing it, more fully, more courageously, and with the power that only one’s truth can bring.
I hope each of us continues to embrace the arc of change, stepping into the renewal of our heartfelt voices speaking and sharing our truths—both echoes of the past and beacons for the future.

Bill, I love reading your thoughts because it helps me focus on the eternal as opposed to a distracting, urgent present which, however important, is far from comforting. How simple things were when we were meeting for coffee in the Pentagon!
Thank you 🙏🏻 for reading. I’m so glad these writings are proving helpful. ✨❤️🩹
